It isn’t always easy to find a free hour to look after yourself. Between work, travel and the day’s commitments, sometimes a short pause is the one we can really take.
Activa is an Amma chair massage designed to fit into those moments. It is done over your clothes and without oil, in a chair that lets your body rest comfortably while we work on the areas that tend to hold the most tension.
The session focuses mainly on the neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands. It combines pressure and movement at a livelier pace, always adjusted to your comfort.
You can choose 20 minutes for a focused pause, or 30 minutes if you want a little more time on the areas that feel loaded. Afterwards, you can carry on with your day without needing to change.
