Through body work, we access the origin. There, where everything begins, the body can release, integrate and restore its natural balance.
The process always takes place with the person’s conscious consent, respecting their pace and their moment.
Every case is unique, but the process typically unfolds over around 4 sessions, one per week.
In some cases, a healing crisis may appear — a natural response of the body that is part of the process of release and reorganisation.
There is no manipulation. The body is not forced.
It is the body itself that knows how to return to balance.
The spine is key in this process. From the spinal cord, nerve information is distributed throughout the body, connecting organs, glands and systems.
When this communication is disrupted, the body expresses it.
The work consists of restoring this internal harmony.
