Sometimes we reach the end of the day feeling we have gone from one thing to the next with hardly any time to listen to the body. Perhaps one area feels more loaded, but we also need a pause that lets us rest as a whole.
Reconnecta is a therapeutic massage that travels through the different parts of the body and brings them together in a single experience. The rhythm, the pressure and the time given to each area adapt to how you feel and what you need that day.
The session can include the back, arms, hands, legs, feet, neck and head. Before we begin, we agree which areas you would like to prioritise and whether there are any you would rather avoid.
In 60 minutes we work through the whole body with attention to your priorities. The 90 minutes give us more time for each area and a slower, more unhurried pace.
Time to feel your body as a whole again.
