At Estructura’t, the time we book is set aside for you alone. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. That way we can offer the slot to someone else.
If you let us know with less than 24 hours’ notice, or don’t turn up, we may ask for a deposit to confirm future bookings.
We know things come up. If that happens, message us as soon as you can and we’ll work it out together.
If we are the ones who need to change your appointment, we’ll let you know as early as possible and suggest a new date.
